30Wonton wrappers
200gImitation crab or lump crab meatRoughly chopped
2tbspChivefinely chopped
226g(8oz)Cream Cheeseat room temperature
1/2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2tspSeafood Bouillon (Optional)
1/2tspGarlic powder
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspSalt

Instructions
To make filling
In a mixing bowl, using spatula, cream up cream cheese really well and add Worcestershire sauce, seafood bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and mix well.Fold chive and crab meat in the cream cheese filing and set aside.
To shape wanton
Place 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center of wanton wrapper. Brush the edges with water and pinch the corners together to form like four corner change purses.
To fry wanton
Heat the oil to 350°F(176℃), drop the wontons into the oil and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.Remove your wontons from the oil and cool them on a wire rack.
To bake wonton
Preheat oven to 425°F(218℃)Spray oil on the baking sheet and line wontons and spray each with cooking oil. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy
