1Large Egg
160mlMilk
60mlOlive Oil
1/2tspSalt
100gGrated cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F(204℃) and spray oil on muffin pan.
In a small sauce pan, warm up milk, salt and olive oil until boiled.
Add Tapioca flour and warm milk mixture in the blender and mix well, then add egg and cheese and mix until combined
Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling half way. Bake at 400°F(204℃ ) for 20 minutes until top is slightly colored.Cool them on cooling rack for couple minutes before serving.
