サーモン2切れ
醤油大さじ 1
みりん大さじ 1
砂糖小さじ1
酒バターソース
白みそ大さじ 1
醤油小さじ 1
酒大さじ 3
みりん大さじ 1
砂糖小さじ 1
ニンニク1片包丁でつぶす
生姜1 スライス
生クリーム大さじ 1
バター大さじ 4
ライムジュース小さじ 1
Instructions
Marinate salmon with soy sauce, Mirin and sugar for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400℉ (205℃) and bake salmon for 12-14 minutes. spread miso butter sauce on Salmon.
Spread the miso butter sauce on a plate, place the rice in the middle and put salmon on top.
To make miso butter sauce
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in sauce pan and add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minuted until fragrant. Pour sake and Mirin and cook for a minute to remove alcohol. Stir in soy sauce, sugar and miso and bring to a boil. Add heavy cream and turn off the heat.Melt remaining 3 tbsp butter and stir in lime juice
